MeetMaggie
This is the official logo of “all things Maggie.” It’s a Marguerite daisy with a tilted stem, because of her precious little head tilt that melted everyone’s hearts. The butterfly is to honor the significance of butterflies to our family, which became even greater when Maggie came into our lives ... and because she IS our little butterfly. She visits our backyard often, as well as our family and friends in their gardens, on a walk, in the park, at the zoo ... wherever they may be.
We’ll bet that she comes to see you, too.
Did you even know it was her?
Energetic, social, happy, coy, cuddly - all these describe our precious Maggie. She was always on the go with a need to be in the middle of every gathering. Her smile lit up the room and her little head tilt melted the hearts of anyone around her.
Maggie passed away in July 2008 due to complications during a procedure to correct a congenital heart defect. She blessed us with the most amazing 14 months of life, and instilled in us a passion to help other families with whom we share a common bond. We are determined to keep alive the wonderful memories we have of Maggie while giving back to the organization which helped us in our time of need.
Thus, our commitment to CHFN began. By sponsoring and/or participating in this event, you will partner with us and with CHFN to continue reaching its goals.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Mollie & John Stewart
